A day of solid healthy eating

One day I’ll get every day as healthy as this…

Breakfast

  • Glass of water
  • 3 eggs, scrambled with full fat milk and butter
  • Homemade natural yogurt, mixed in chia seed and whole oats
  • V.small glass of fresh juiced apple & lemon
  • Mug of green tea
  • Glass of juiced spinach, celery, cucumber and apple

Exercise – 15min swim, moderate intensity

Lunch

  • Hunk of pork
  • Large portion of ratatouille
  • Side green salad
  • Mug of green tea

Afternoon

  • Smoothie – 2x Bananas, blueberries, handful of almonds, milk, natural yogurt, natural vanilla
  • Homemade muesli bar
  • Glass of water
  • Mug of green tea

Exercise – 45min cycle, low intensity

Dinner

  • Curried chicken and polenta with carrot, spinach, leek and mushroom
  • Glass of water

Evening

  • Pieces of swiss cheese and organic crackers
  • Glass of water
  • Almonds
  • Handful of Haribo – Doh! Must. remove. temptation.
  • Mug of alpine herbal tea
