Healthy juicing recipes: “The Incredible Hulk”

Power house of vitamins and nutrients to gulp down just after a solid breakfast. Juice everything ex. avocado, then transfer to blender and blend.

    • 2x large handfuls of spinach
    • 2x apples
    • 2x celery
    • Half a cucumber
    • 1x handful of mixed green salad
    • 1x trunk of broccoli
    • 1x small piece of lime
    • 5x mint leaves
    • 1x avocado (add to blender at the end together with juice)
